Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the production of detailed Building Regulations and construction drawings (RIBA Stages 4–6)
* Support the coordination of Building Control submissions and approvals
* Contribute to site coordination, including attending meetings and responding to contractor queries
* Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical information across multiple projects
* Take ownership of your work while supporting wider team goals
Requirements
* 2–5 years of UK-based experience working on residential projects
* Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Building Control processes
* Degree in architectural technology or a related field
* Demonstrable experience supporting technical stages (RIBA 4–6)
* Proficiency in Revit (Revit is our sole design and documentation tool)
* Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
* A genuine desire to grow, take initiative, and deliver high-quality work
