ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
PRESTON, LANCASHIRE
£38,000 - £48,000 PA (D.O.E.)
Overview
Our client is an award-winning practice with over 30 years of industry experience and are established as leaders in the delivery bespoke solutions across various sectors, including higher education, healthcare, R&D and advanced manufacturing.
They are actively seeking experienced Architect Technologists to join their detailed design team team and play a key role in the design and delivery of their strong portfolio of Higher Education, Sci-Tech and Advanced Manufacturing projects.

The Role:
Working with the dedicated project design team you will support the detailed design delivery for a broad variety of often complex schemes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Support the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with design teams and other stakeholders to develop innovative and practical solutions for design challenges.
Coordinate with contractors and external design consultants.
Ensure high standards of technical documentation and project coordination
Undertake site visits, providing technical guidance and resolving site queries effectively.
About you
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate:
A minimum of 3 years relevant detailed design experience.
Familiarity with larger Higher Education, Sc-Tech or Industrial projects would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Must be proficient with AutoDesk REVIT.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplined design and delivery teamsBefore You Apply
