I'm seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist with strong technical expertise to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Farnborough. Known for their commitment to sustainability, this dynamic firm delivers a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. With exciting new ventures on the horizon, now is the ideal time to become part of their forward-thinking team.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have solid post-qualification experience and a keen drive for career progression. You'll be proactive, detail-oriented, and technically proficient. Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is highly advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
CIAT accredited, or working towards
Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
Run projects through all RIBA stages
Retail experience is essential
Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
Conduct site visits & surveys
Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
Confident working independently or as part of a team
Must live within a commutable distance of Farnborough
