What You’ll Do
* Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical information for live projects
* Work collaboratively with design teams, clients, and external consultants
* Manage timelines, documentation, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with UK regulations and client expectations
* Use platforms like AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and SharePoint for efficient delivery
* Participate in project meetings and technical discussions

What we’re looking for
* 3–5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
* Strong knowledge of Building Regs, Planning processes, and PAS2035
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
* Understanding of 3D rendering tools and sustainable design principles
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working independently or in a team
