They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their team in Hull.

Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Undertake site visits to ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
Prepare tender packages, documents, and specifications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external team membersSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors would be advantageous
Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
Strong technical and detailing skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
