With a busy year ahead and several new commissions, they are now looking to expand their team with a talented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining this esteemed practice means becoming part of a team that excels in the Residential and Extra-Care/Assisted Living sectors. The practice's senior and directorship team have cultivated strong client relationships, resulting in an impressive portfolio of projects. The new hire will support this senior team, contributing to the enhancement and development of the practice's reputation and projects.

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- A degree qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Previous experience working on Residential or Extra-Care/Assisted Living schemes.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Proficiency with REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional time-management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
