Job Description
My client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic architectural team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience using Revit Adobe Design and will demonstrate advanced proficiency in technical drawings and technical detailing. You will play a critical role in the development of construction documentation and ensuring the technical accuracy and quality of our design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce and manage detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, and specifications using Revit.
Translate conceptual designs into accurate technical information suitable for construction.
Develop detailed architectural details, wall sections, elevations, and plans across multiple project types.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Assist in project coordination through various phases: schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.
Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in technical detailing and preparation of construction documents.
Working knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and construction methodsBefore You Apply
