Personal developmentDuties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
Work alongside the student accommodation team on new build and refurbishment projects
Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Produce building regulation packages and submit planning applicationsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
Degree within architectural technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Working towards CIAT chartership
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
