Job Description
I'm partnering with my client, a vibrant AJ100 multidisciplinary studio in central London, to find an Architectural Technologist who thrives on tackling technical challenges and delivering standout design. You'll join a collaborative team, working across a diverse project portfolio and helping shape quality outcomes at every stage.
What my clients are looking for -
Degree qualified (or equivalent) Architectural Technologist with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience
Inquisitive mindset and eagerness to adopt new construction techniques
Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, consultants and project teams
Solution-focused approach, able to produce accurate technical detailing under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills, ready to balance multiple projects when requiredEssential Skills
Proficient in Revit to drive BIM workflows
Solid understanding of building construction and technology
Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into detailed technical information
Collaborative spirit for knowledge sharing across disciplines
Flexibility to adapt methods and resolve on-site or design office challengesDesirable Skills
Experience on education sector schemes (schools, higher education)
Track record of coordinating external consultants and internal design colleagues
Familiarity with NBS specification processes
Competence in materials research and advising on performance criteria
Knowledge of statutory, legal and professional compliance on large-scale projectsWhat's on Offer
