We are an established bakery and part of large group, who have been successful for over 25 years.
Our product range is varied with products across many bakery areas including cakes, traybakes and muffins and we pride ourselves in the quality of our products, whilst still being able to service customers nationally.
These products are rich with heritage with a blend of traditional recipes combined with products which mirror market trends in the UK in addition to unique innovative products.
We genuinely believe we are a great company to work for, with a family feel across the company and a belief in providing employees with autonomy in their roles.
Although we have an well established and loyal client base – we have exciting plans to grow across the UK through developing new Foodservice wholesale links in addition to further growing those already in place.
As a result we are expanding our team in the Midlands/South of England to provide further focus on these areas.
THE ROLE:
This position is a fantastic opportunity focused on developing business with Foodservice wholesale accounts.
You will also support with driving business with Foodservice end users across hotels, restaurants, QSR and pub group end users, pulling this business back through the wholesale partners.
This involves attending exhibitions and roadshows, showcasing the products via field sales and telesales team and introducing new products and promotions.
This can be quite hands on with product sampling and testing as part of the role.
You will work autonomously in this position and be expected to plan and implement your own journey plan.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and work with some amazing products.
THE APPLICANT:
We are seeking to speak to candidates with previous field sales experience within the Foodservice sector.
* Candidates must have a proven track record in Foodservice field sales
* Candidates with experience working for a Foodservice manufacturer driving business via wholesale will be of particular interest.
* Candidates with experience working within Foodservice wholesale will also be considered
* Candidates must be relationship driven by nature and with a structured approach to field sales.
