Position - Area Director

Working remote with travelWhere you'll be doing it? You will work remotely with travel to the Southwest of England and The Midlands
Your employment contract - Permanent
Your hours - 37.5 hours per week

What would your responsibilities be ?
Experience setting up new properties and projects in accordance with Ofsted regulation.
Achieve financial targets, including EBITDA and occupancy goals.
Secure positive outcomes from Quality Assurance and Reg 44 visits.
Achieve "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in Ofsted inspections.
Develop and implement action plans for homes or provisions rated below "Good."
Ensure high training compliance across the team.
Monitor and reduce absence rates within the division.
Building effective relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, and key stakeholders.Requirements?
Strong leadership in Ofsted-regulated settings, including senior roles and service setup in line with regulatory standards.
Proven ability to manage people, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
