We’re proud to be partnering with a respected and growing provider of adult social care services to recruit an experienced Area Manager for their supported living division.
This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred support. Based in Bedford, you will oversee multiple services and play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence while driving growth through strategic referral management.

Our client supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs across a range of supported living settings. With a hands-on senior leadership team and well-embedded operational structures, they are now looking for a proactive, referral-focused Area Manager to help shape the future of their services.

Provide hands-on leadership and guidance across multiple services

Drive high standards of care, compliance, and staff performance

Ensure services meet all regulatory requirements and uphold company values

Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders

Lead on referrals and new placements to support business growth
