Area Retail Manager £35,000 to £ £40,000 plus car & BONUS
Salary: £38,500 | OTE: £90,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Our agency is proud to be partnering with a rapidly expanding national retail organisation as they continue to grow their footprint across the UK. With hundreds of sites already established and new locations launching every month this is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing significant momentum.
No previous industry experience is required; full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
We are recruiting an Area Retail Manager on behalf of our client. In this multi-site leadership role, you will oversee a designated region, driving performance, supporting Branch Managers, and ensuring high standards across all locations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading, motivating and developing Branch Managers to consistently achieve targets
* Participating in daily conference calls to review performance and share updates
* Conducting weekly 1-to-1 sessions with team leaders
* Carrying out daily site visits across your region
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Previous experience as a Regional/Area Manager or similar multi-site leadership role
* Demonstrable ability to drive high performance across teams
* Strong people management and coaching skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident leadership style
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
* Strong numeracy skills and commercial awarenessBefore You Apply
