Title: Area Manager – Commercial Cleaning
Location: Southwest
Salary: £34,000 + company vehicle + phone + laptop + benefits
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
What You'll Do
* Manage multiple commercial cleaning contracts
* Conduct site visits, audits, and quality checks
* Lead inductions, training, and staff support
* Build relationships with clients and respond to service issues
* Support operational growth alongside the Ops Director
Requirements
* Experience in cleaning, facilities, or soft FM (minimum 1 year)
* Strong communication and team leadership skills
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Flexibility — this is not a 9–5 desk job
