Salary: £60,000 per annum + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Area Manager to oversee a group of well-established, family-run care homes in the Leicester area. Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective leadership and oversight of several care homes.

Support, mentor, and motivate Home Managers and their teams.

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and sector best practice.

Drive quality and performance improvements across services.

Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
*
Promote the organisation within the local community.
Requirements:

Proven multi-site management experience within the care home sector.

In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.

Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets.
