Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + performance related bonuses

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Render Systems will involve:
* Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality range renders, mortars, plasters and EWI
* Majority of your time will be spent selling through national and independent merchants, stockist / distributors, housebuilders, plastering contractors, applicators
* Smaller element generating specifications via architects / specifiers
* Targeted turnover tbc
* Dealing with typical order values of £1k - £20k+
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Render Systems with:
* Must have sold a related product such as: EWI, renders, plasters, mortars, cladding, insulation, rainscreen, facades, or related products
* Must have sold to merchants, contractors, OR housebuilders / architects
* Ideally experienced getting products specified with architects
* Technical and on-site experience with building materials
* Genuine ‘get up and go’, deteRender, Textured Products, Plasters, Mortars, Building Products, Contractors, Merchants, External Wall Insulation, EWI, Exterior Finishes, Structural Concrete, Building Materials, Rainsceen, Façade, Cladding, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales, Speciation Sales, Salesrmined and tenacious, make a good impression
