The Company:
This is an established, privately-owned manufacturer offering a highly competitive and realistic bonus package. They have an innovative product to offer to the market and will reward hard work and loyalty with development and stability. This is an exciting year for the company with the launch of new products and expansion as part of their long-term business plan.
The Role:
Field based sales role covering South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex. Selling plumbing and heating products into M& E contractors and installers and independent and national merchants. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and working with them to promote the products within the new build residential and light commercial markets.
The Candidate:
Any experience of selling into the M&E market will be considered, regardless of product. Attitude and personality is more important than product knowledge. They are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with the ability to bring in new business and manage already existing relationships.
The Package:
- £55,000 basic
- % of all sales realistic OTE uncapped £15 - 30,000
