Key Responsibilities

Maintain and grow sales across your designated area through strong customer relationships.

Achieve set sales targets and KPIs within your region.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Professional and proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Legally able to travel within Europe.
Willingness to stay away from home when necessary.
Desired Attributes

Comfortable working towards objectives with strong initiative.
Customer-focused, with a commitment to quality service delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with leadership potential.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - experience with distributor portfolios is a plus.
