£40,000 + £5,000 car allowance + Uncapped Commission

Are you ready to take ownership of the Kent and Sussex region to drive revenue growth? 

A well-established supplier of high-quality trade and DIY products is looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead sales across Kent and Sussex. This is your opportunity to take ownership of a region, support branch teams, and grow revenue with both new and existing customers.

What You'll Do: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to hit regional targets
Support multiple branches across the region, enhancing local sales performance.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with B2B clients and trade partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and customer events.
Coach and support branch staff to maximise sales effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For: 

Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in Construction
Experience managing sales across multiple branches or territories.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Full UK driving license essential.
