Area Sales Manager | construction | | £45,000 + £15K OTE Car Allowance

This is an established territory with strong existing contractor relationships already in place, giving you a solid platform to focus on growth, account development and winning new project opportunities.

The Role of Area Sales Manager

  * Field sales role covering NG / LE / DE postcode regions

  * Representing a leading manufacturer of aggregates and heavy-side construction materials

  * Managing and developing relationships with sub-contractors, civils contractors and groundworks contractors

  * Building strong relationships at site level to secure repeat and ongoing business

  * 70% account management growth / 30% new business development

  * Managing approximately 20 established contractor accounts across the region

  * Driving regional spend and maximising existing account potential

  * Identifying and securing new project opportunities across infrastructure and groundworks

  * Developing long-term customer partnerships across the territory

  * Working closely with internal teams to support project delivery and customer service excellence

This is a business that invests heavily in its people, offering structured on-boarding, product training and ongoing development to support long-term career progression into senior sales and key account roles.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager

  * We are keen to speak with ambitious sales professionals looking to develop their career within a leading construction manufacturer.

  * This role would suit someone in the early to mid stages of their field sales career, ideally with at least 18 months B2B sales experience within construction sales

We would particularly welcome applications from:
