LEADING MANUFACTURER OF COMMERCIAL HEATING SYSTEMS

Area Sales Manager – Commercial HVAC (South West South Wales)

We are working on behalf of a leading and highly respected manufacturer within the commercial heating and low carbon building services sector.

This is a specification led commercial role focused on driving growth across heat pumps, hybrid systems, and high efficiency boiler solutions.

Area: BA, BS, CF, DT, EX, GL, GY, HR, JE, LD, NP, PL, SA, SN, TA, TQ, TR, WR.

The Role

This is a highly commercial, project led specification position with a strong focus on contractor engagement and solution selling.

  * selling into M&E contractors

  * M&E consultants and plumbing and heating merchants

  * Driving commercial heating solutions across new build and refurbishment projects

  * Managing opportunities from early engagement through to installation

  * Working within the low carbon and energy transition market

The Candidate

  * Proven experience selling into M&E contractors is essential

  * Background in HVAC, plumbing and heating, or building services

  * Confident engaging multiple stakeholders across projects

  * Commercially driven with a consultative approach to solution selling

The Package

  * Basic salary up to £55,000

  * 20% bonus

  * Hybrid company car or EV

  * Private healthcare

  * 7% pension

  * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
