Area Sales Manager – South West & South Wales
Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + Profit Share | Company Car | Full-Time | Mon-Fri
We’re working with a leading company in the cleaning and facilities sector that’s driving smarter, greener solutions – and they’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Area Sales Manager to grow their customer base across the South West and South Wales.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Winning new business across schools, offices, hospitals, factories & more

Building long-term customer relationships

Spotting market trends and competitor activity

Hitting realistic, rewarding sales targets
What You’ll Need:

Proven B2B sales experience (ideally cleaning, FM, or similar)

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Full UK driving licence
