Package: Basic salary dependent on experience, with a £5k bonus scheme paid quarterly. Hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, 5% employer pension contributions, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance program, life assurance and a health cash plan
Territory: Yorkshire, Lancashire and Manchester
Selling: Lintels, brickslips, masonry support and structural building materials
Customers: House Builders, Contractors, Brickwork Contractors, Specifiers and Builders Merchants
THE ROLE – Area Sales Manager:
* A field based territory sales role promoting my clients industry leading range of lintels, brickslips and masonry support products
* Inheriting an established and well performing area, you will be tracking and winning projects with house builders, building contractors and specialist brickwork contractors
* Whilst equally account managing and developing the relationship with an established network of national and independent builders merchants that your projects are back-sold through
* You will be supported by a first class technical team, that will assist you with drawings, plans, admin and lead generation
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Area Sales Manager:
* You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling
* You will most likely already be working within the construction industry, for a manufacturing, merchant or distributor and be looking to progress your career
* Although you may also be coming from another B2B field sales sector, and be looking to break into something new
* Either way you will have first class communication skills and be equally as comfortable developing existing relationships as you are prospecting and winning new business
