Identify Talent are delighted to be working in partnership with Bradbury Group as their retained recruitment partner on a number of key sales hires.
Bradbury Group is a leading UK manufacturer of steel security doors, fire doors, communal entrance doors and certified doorsets. With over 30 years of experience, their products are trusted by contractors, architects and housing providers across the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
Due to growth and internal changes, Bradbury are looking to strengthen their sales function with three exciting appointments:

Area Sales Manager – Projects (South East): Drive specification sales with architects, contractors and consultants to secure large construction projects.
*
Area Sales Manager – (Midlands): Manage and develop key accounts, including contractors, social housing providers and distributors, ensuring repeat business and growth.
*
National Sales Manager – Utilities (UK-wide): Lead sales into the utilities and critical infrastructure sector, winning tenders and major contracts nationwide.
What we’re looking for:

Proven B2B field sales experience in construction products, building materials, doors or access solutions.
*
Strong track record in new business development, account management and specification sales.
*
Commercially driven, self-motivated, and flexible to travel.
