Area Sales Manager – Landscaping & Paving Products
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Porcelain & Natural Stone Paving Products
Industry Sector: Landscaping Products, Heavyside, Paving Products, Porcelain Tiles, Block Paving, Aggregates, Natural Stone, Stone Paving, Timber, Bricks, Builders Merchants, Independent Merchants, Landscape Distributors, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager
Area to be covered: South West (ideally based Oxford or South Birmingham)
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + commission (circa 1% of sales)
Benefits: £500 car allowance & benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Porcelain & Natural Stone Paving Products will involve:
* Field sales role position promoting a range of porcelain & natural stone paving products
* All of your time will be spent selling to independent builders merchants & landscaping distributors / centres
* Increasing a team turnover of circa £3m
* Regular CRM & social media upkeep
* Liaise with internal sales team to convert leads
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Porcelain & Natural Stone Paving Products with:
* Must have experience selling to builders merchants & landscaping centres
* Must have sold heavyside building materials background, open to unrelated products such as facades, bricks, landscaping, timber, aggregates, architectural mortars etc
* Articulate, self-motivated and driven
* Ideally a landscaping / paving product background
