Job Title: Area Sales Support Manager
Location: Essex/East Anglia Coast
Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum (Increasing once probation has been passed)
OTE: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Additional Benefits: Travel and daily food allowances provided

Step into store leadership roles when required to maintain service and standards
Report back on findings and feedback to help shape strategic decisions
Be the go-to person for on-the-ground problem-solving and team motivationSuccessful Applicant:
Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume retail environment
Flexible to travel across the Essex & East Anglia coast with regular overnight stays
A confident leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
Able to work independently and adapt quickly to different teams and challenges
