ARP LEAD / SEND TEACHER - HAMPSTEAD Location: Hampstead, North West London Salary: UPS1 (with progression opportunities) Contract: Full-time, Long-term / Permanent Start Date: ASAP About the role: SANZA Teaching Agency are proud to be working with an inclusive and community-focused primary school in Hampstead who are seeking an exceptional ARP Lead / SEND Teacher to establish and develop their brand-new Additional Resource Provision (ARP). This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a passionate SEND practitioner to shape the direction of a new specialist provision within a well-established mainstream primary school. The role will begin with a small group of four pupils and has the potential to expand as the provision grows. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design, deliver and lead a high-quality, individualised curriculum that supports pupils with a range of additional needs - ensuring the ARP becomes a model of excellence within the borough.
