Art & Design Teacher in Newark Urgent Requirement
Location: Newark
Start Date: After Easter Break 2026
Hours: Full time, 5 days a week, term time only. It is a long-term position lasting till the end of the academic year.
Aspire people is urgently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Art & Design Teacher to work in a lovely secondary school in Newark . This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated educator who is ready to inspire students and support their development in a vibrant learning environment.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality Art & Design lessons to students
* Plan and prepare creative and practical learning activities
* Support students in developing their artistic techniques and portfolios
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Contribute positively to the department and wider college environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience teaching Art & Design within KS3-5 setting
* A relevant degree or qualification in Art & Design or a related subject
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A genuine passion for inspiring creativity in learners
