Do you have experience working in SEMH settings?

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Art Teacher to join our specialist SEMH school in Hillingdon, starting this September. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on students who benefit from a nurturing and personalised approach to education.
About the Role:

Deliver engaging and inclusive Art and Design lessons, with a focus on graphic design techniques and digital creativity.

Support students with complex emotional and behavioural needs in a therapeutic and trauma-informed environment.
*
Work as part of a supportive and passionate multidisciplinary team.
*
Use creative approaches to re-engage students with learning and build confidence through artistic expression.
About You:
*
Experience working in a SEMH setting is essential.
*
Strong subject knowledge in Art and Graphic Design.
*
Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse needs and challenges.
*
QTS is desirable but not essential – we welcome applications from professionals with a strong art/design background and relevant SEMH experience.
