KS3–KS4 Teaching with Options for KS5

A well-regarded comprehensive school in Salisbury is looking for a creative and skilled Art and Design Teacher to join their Visual Arts team in September 2025. The position is full-time and permanent, with a focus on delivering an inspiring curriculum and promoting individual artistic development.
The department values process-driven work and fosters student expression through a wide range of media, including printmaking, mixed media, and digital arts.
Job Role:

Teach Art and Design from KS3 to GCSE (AQA)
*
Guide pupils through personal portfolio work and skill-based projects
*
Support exhibitions, competitions, and gallery partnerships
*
Contribute to team planning, resource development, and extracurricular arts
Candidate Profile:

Degree in Art/Fine Art or similar with PGCE/QTS
*
Confident in a range of traditional and contemporary media
*
Encouraging, reflective teaching style
*
Ability to inspire students from diverse backgrounds
