A well-regarded and progressive secondary school in Swindon is looking to appoint a talented and committed Design Technology ECT from September. With a modernised DT suite and a strong focus on real-world learning, the school encourages creative problem-solving and technical innovation in its students.
You will teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, with a curriculum covering resistant materials, graphics, and CAD/CAM. As an ECT, you’ll receive weekly mentoring sessions, reduced timetable hours, and regular opportunities to observe experienced teachers. The department is known for its collaborative spirit, and you’ll be supported to develop and experiment with your own ideas in the classroom.
