Our Outstanding school in London is seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Teacher of Art to join our vibrant and successful Creative Arts department from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the artistic journeys of students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 (GCSE Art & Design, Fine Art, or Photography), and Key Stage 5 (A-Level Art & Design or relevant vocational qualifications) within a supportive and ambitious educational environment. In this rewarding full-time role, you will have the opportunity to: * Spark Artistic Exploration: Deliver engaging and practical Art lessons that introduce students to diverse media, techniques, and art historical movements, fostering a deep understanding of visual language and creative processes. * Empower Confident Artists: Guide students to develop their personal artistic voice, experiment with materials, and create compelling artworks that reflect their unique perspectives and ideas. * Cultivate Critical Appreciation: Encourage students to analyse and interpret art, understand its cultural significance, and develop their own informed opinions on artistic works. * Contribute to a Collaborative Department: Join a supportive and innovative Creative Arts team that values teamwork, shared best practice, and a collective commitment to student success and artistic excellence. * Thrive in a Diverse Community: Engage with students from a wide range of backgrounds across London, exploring how art can reflect and comment on diverse cultures, identities, and experiences. * Shape Future Creatives: Play a key role in guiding A-Level students towards further study at leading art colleges and universities, and successful careers in fine art, graphic design, architecture, fashion, animation, and other creative industries. We are looking for a passionate and qualified Art Teacher with QTS and a strong personal artistic practice across various disciplines (e.g., drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, digital art). A proven ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons that ignite a fascination with visual arts and foster strong practical skills is essential. If you are ready to make a significant contribution to our outstanding team in London across all key stages, we encourage you to apply for a September 2025 start.
