Art Teacher (QTS or Unqualified)
Art Teacher required - Ofsted 'Good' Secondary School - Art to GCSE - September start on a long-term basis (potential permanent option) - £160 to £230 p/day

About the School:
This is a busy, inclusive and well-run Secondary Academy based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. With a wide and varied local catchment of pupils who are, for the main part, responsive and engaging with their learning. Extra curricular activities and pastoral teaching are a huge factor of school life here so educators with a passion for PSHE or those looking to focus on this area in the future are encouraged to apply.

Art continues to be a popular subject at all levels including GCSE. The department is well resourced with the latest machinery and refurbished classrooms.
Role requirements:
QTS in Secondary Art with a passion for working with SEN pupils
Able to teach Art through to GCSE
Be hardworking, committed, and open to further professional development including a full induction programme if newly qualified.
Be confident in your ability to manage behaviour, encourage participation and passion for arts-based subjects.
Have a real desire to be part of a success story at an improving Academy School.
