A specialist Arts and Technology Academy in Gloucester is looking to appoint a talented Art Teacher to join from September 2025. This full-time role offers scope to teach across KS3–KS5 and to support A-Level students in portfolio building and final exhibitions.
The school values creativity and student voice and runs regular artist residencies, exhibitions, and public installations in partnership with local galleries.
Role Details:

Deliver a range of media: painting, printmaking, ceramics, and digital art
*
Help prepare students for Art GCSE and A-Level assessments
*
Organise student showcases and enrichment activities
*
Participate in curriculum planning and community arts projects
Candidate Profile:
*
Qualified Art Teacher (PGCE + QTS)
*
Contemporary practice and/or gallery experience an advantage
*
Creative, reflective, and enthusiastic about developing artistic skill
