A creative and student-centred secondary school in Bracknell is seeking an exceptional Art Teacher to join its successful Visual Arts department in September 2025. This is a full-time role with responsibility for delivering an engaging and inclusive Art curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4, with optional KS5 depending on experience.
Your Role:

Deliver a stimulating Art curriculum that builds student confidence in traditional and digital media
*
Explore drawing, painting, mixed media, sculpture, digital art, and contemporary practices
*
Promote independent thought and cultural understanding through thematic projects and critical studies
*
Lead or co-lead extra-curricular art clubs and school-wide exhibitions
*
Prepare students for national qualifications and assist with coursework and portfolios
Ideal Candidate:
*
QTS-qualified Art specialist with strong subject knowledge and a degree in Fine Art or a related discipline
*
Passion for engaging students through both structured and experimental learning
*
Skilled in managing student creativity and differentiation, particularly for SEN or EAL learners
*
Strong communicator with experience leading or contributing to student exhibitions or enrichment
