Role outline:
With responsibility for teaching KS3 and KS4 Art, the role involves guiding students through coursework that develops personal voice and technical skill. You'll also oversee curation of public displays and gallery visits.
Key duties:

Teach broad Art techniques including mixed media, digital art, and 3D work

Support students in GCSE portfolio development and exam prep
*
Coordinate exhibitions, trips to art galleries, and visiting artists
*
Lead after-school art clubs, sketch workshops, and creative projects
*
Collaborate on school-wide creativity and STEAM opportunities
Candidate profile:
*
Degree in Fine Art, Visual Arts, or related discipline with QTS
*
Demonstrable skills across traditional and digital media
*
Experience supporting students to AS/A-Level/portfolio completion
*
Innovative, inclusive approach with strong communication skills
