The responsibilities of the Art Teacher role:
Plan and deliver captivating art lessons to KS3 – KS4 students
Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and to express themselves through art
Assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role.
Be able to structure lesson plans for different level of student needs.
To apply for this Art Teacher role, you will need the following:
A bachelor’s degree in art
Teaching certification or QTS / QTLS
Proficiency in the secondary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
Prior experience of working within a SEN environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
