Location: Westminster Role: Art Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Art lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5), encouraging expressive outcomes.
* Inspire students to develop their skills in a range of artistic disciplines, fostering individual expression and creativity.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Art curriculum, promoting diverse forms of expression.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Art, valuing individual expression.
* Potentially lead extracurricular Art clubs or contribute to school art exhibitions, celebrating student expression.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Strong subject knowledge in both traditional and contemporary art media, with an understanding of diverse forms of expression.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire creativity and expression in art.
