Job Description
We are looking for an Art Teacher to join a creative and thriving school community in Bristol.
Art Teacher required from September 2025 – full-time, permanent post
Innovative and high-performing secondary in central Bristol
Teach Art from KS3 through to A-Level in a well-resourced department
A highly regarded and diverse school in the heart of Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join its growing Visual Arts faculty. The school places a strong emphasis on creativity, with regular student exhibitions, visits from professional artists, and strong links with the local arts community.
The Art Department includes studios for painting, sculpture, digital design, and photography. With specialist technicians and dedicated art support staff, the department creates an inspiring environment for students to develop their talents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and innovative teacher who enjoys working collaboratively and can deliver an engaging curriculum across all key stages.
Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Art/Design and QTS
• Experience teaching KS3–KS5 Art
• Experience in digital media or photography desirable
• Willing to contribute to exhibitions, school displays, and community events
• Legal right to work in the UK
