We are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in Newham, East London, for an enthusiastic and creative Art Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and foster a love for the arts in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
Deliver engaging and innovative Art lessons to KS3 & KS4 students
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that cater to a range of abilities
Contribute to the school’s creative curriculum and extra-curricular activities
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Requirements:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience (ideal)
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
✅ Excellent subject knowledge and passion for Art
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
