Art Teacher
Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school located near Stroud, South Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and forward-thinking educational setting, with the role expected to run for three terms, and potential for extension.

Contract Type: Full-time, temporary (three terms)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive Art lessons across Key Stages
Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum that fosters creativity and technical skill
Teach a variety of artistic disciplines, including:
Drawing and Painting
Sculpture and 3D Design
Printmaking
Photography and Digital Media
Art History and Critical Studies
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to the development of a dynamic and ambitious Art department
Promote a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environmentIdeal Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design
Confident in delivering a range of artistic techniques and media
Passionate about inspiring students and nurturing their creative potential
Skilled at engaging learners of all abilities
