What You'll Actually Do (No Corporate Fluff)
* Own IBM i environments from cradle to grave – V7R4, Production, DR, the works
* Lead migrations that actually work (shocking, we know)

* Keep 200+ users happy while maintaining 99.5% uptime (yes, really)

What We Need From You
* 7+ years making AS/400/iSeries environments behave
* Programming skills in RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, CL, COBOL/400

* ITIL process knowledge (because someone has to keep the chaos organized)
* Leadership skills – we need someone who can guide teams, not just complain about them
* The ability to explain technical stuff to non-technical people without using the phrase "it's complicated"
