ASB Team Leader
Temporary, 5 months+

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an ASB Team Leader on a temporary basis, initially for 5 months for an organisation to tackle high risk ASB cases.
Duties of the ASB Team Leader role will include, but is not limited to:
Provide a responsive, customer-focused service on anti-social behaviour and community safety.
Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with policy, procedures and legislation.
Lead and support the Community Safety Team to deliver a high-quality service.
Monitor workloads, performance and service standards across the team.
Review caseloads, address underperformance and quality-check ASB reports.
Work with managers to improve resident satisfaction in ASB case handling.
Build strong relationships with partner agencies to tackle ASB.
Manage enquiries and complaints in line with policy.
Participate in a 24/7 emergency duty rota.Essential Requirements for the ASB Team Leader:
Extensive experience within anti-social behaviour
UK Driving Licence
