Asbestos Analyst, Job Opportunity
Salary: Up to £37,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: Covering London, most of the work is around Essex and South London

Join the team and immerse yourself in over 20 years of industry expertise! They are a leading, fully independent Asbestos Consultancy firm, committed to upholding the highest Asbestos safety standards and compliance with all regulations.
They operate across a mixture of sites, commercial and domestic. Some contracts they have are at St, Georges Hospitals and Camden housing Association. Responsibilities of an Asbestos Analyst:
Maintain stringent health and safety protocols.
Compile data and generate comprehensive reports as needed.
Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing across diverse buildings.
Undertake various surveys including management, demolition, and refurbishment on different sites.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications (P403 and P404).
Thorough understanding of Asbestos health and safety legislation.
Minimum one-year experience in the Asbestos industry.
Valid UK driving license.
Strong communication skills for client, contractor, and public interactions.
Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed.
