We are excited to announce that as a result of the continued success of our teams nationally, we are currently recruiting for qualified Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors and Consultants to join our team in Livingston. Due to our continued growth and national client portfolio of partners, Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for enthusiastic and loyal individuals to join our Technical Team to carry out site working on behalf of our regional offices. Roles and Responsibilities * In accordance with HSG 264: The Survey Guide, carry out Management, * Refurbishment and Demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types * Reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys (undertaken by both BECL and other Consultancies) * Air monitoring and inspection services associated with asbestos removal projects * Supervision of Asbestos removal projects * Professional representation of Bradley Environmental Consultants to our clients, providing both specialist advice and consultancy services Person Specification The candidate(s) will hold as a minimum BOHS P402 (or equivalent) or BOHS P403 and P404 (or equivalent) and possess the following attributes: * Preferably two years relevant industry experience * Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG: 248 & HSG:264 * Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detail * Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team * Have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related works * Flexible approach to working hours * Full driving licence * IT literate (experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given) What We Can Offer You * Competitive salary between £29,244.00 – £39,811.20 per annum dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications * Industry leading overtime policy, including a generous out of hours policy, time and a half in the week and £25 per hour on a weekend (minimum of 4 hours paid) * Work-Life balance guarantee, including time in lieu flexible working week * Paid travel time * Company vehicle * Company paid healthcare plan * A company pension, into which we contribute 3% of qualifying earnings * 22 days of annual leave (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years) * An additional day of annual leave for your birthday, or the closest working day to your birthday * Paid, statutory, bank holidays (8) * Contractual sick pay * £1000 staff referral incentive * The successful candidate(s) will also be given the opportunity to undertake further BOHS (or equivalent) qualifications including the W504/ CoCA, and the opportunity to develop their role within the business Kick Start Your Career with a £4,000.00 Joining Fee Bradley Environmental Consultants will pay a joining fee of £4,000.00 to qualified candidates who apply directly to the company, are offered a position and who commence employment for a minimum period of 12 months’ continuous service.
