Asbestos Surveyor Analyst Kingston-Upon-Hull
£28,225 - £38,000
1.5x overtime in the week and £25/hour on weekend minimum 4 hours paid
22 days annual leave starting
Paid travel time
Contractual sick payMy client, due to the ongoing success of their teams nationwide, are currently seeking qualified Asbestos Consultants to join the team in the London. Because of our expanding client base and continuous growth, they are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to conduct on-site work for their regional offices. Key responsibilities and accountabilities of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst:
Daily communication with clients, contractors, representatives, and the public
Conducting various air tests including leak tests and 4 stage clearance for reoccupation
Performing 'Management' and 'Refurbishment and Demolition' surveys on commercial, domestic, and public sector buildings
Conducting bulk sampling within the area
Assisting office growth as directed by the Regional Manager
Individual Asbestos Surveyor Analytical Experience and Attributes:
P402, P403, P404 qualified
Preferably two years relevant industry experience
Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of HSG: 248 & HSG:264
Excellent communication, client liaison and report writing skills with a keen focus on attention to detail
Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety with respect to asbestos related works
Flexible approach to working hours
Full driving licence
IT literate (experience of TEAMs would be an advantage but not essential as full training shall be given)Before You Apply
