Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Birmingham, Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k DOE + Training & Benefits
Our well-established client is seeking an accomplished Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst who is highly motivated based in the Midlands. You will need to have obtained BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or equivalent within a UKAS accredited company. As you will be completing surveys, smoke, background & leak air testing and liaising with client in a professional manner. Applicants will be based around: Wolverhampton, Coventry, Solihull, Dudley, Kidderminster, Royal Leamington Spa, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Loughborough, Grantham, Mansfield, Lincoln, Boston, Stamford, Spalding, Peterborough, Bedford, Northampton, Worcester, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Telford, Burton upon Trent, Coalville, Nuneaton, Rugby, Lutterworth, Market Harborough, Daventry, Bridgnorth, Cannock
Experience / Qualifications:
- Highly experienced working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within an UKAS accredited company
- Hold all BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or equivalent
- Great interpersonal skills when contacting clients
- Proficient literacy and IT skills for writing up reports
- Strong knowledge of latest Health & Safety guidelines and compliance standards relevant to Asbestos industry
- Experience working on domestic, commercial and industrial sites
The Role:
- Carry out 4 stage clearances
- Flexible to travel to various client sites
- Perform smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
- Undertake management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Achieving target surveys, company requirements and procedures
