Asbestos Surveyor – Leicester
Up to £36,000 + Benefits
Leicester, with travel across the Midlands

Golden Fox Recruitment is supporting a well-established environmental consultancy as they look to strengthen their surveying team in the Midlands. With a strong client base and a growing pipeline of projects, they are seeking a professional and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join them.

This role offers an excellent blend of site work across varied environments and the chance to develop within a company known for high standards and a supportive culture.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

  * Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264

  * Collecting samples of suspected ACMs and ensuring accurate documentation

  * Producing clear, compliant survey reports

  * Communicating with clients and providing practical guidance on asbestos management

  * Working safely and professionally, following all internal procedures and legislative requirements

Experience Required:

  * BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) – essential

  * Experience delivering asbestos surveys across a range of property types

  * A solid understanding of HSG264 and related regulations

  * Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to work

  * A full UK driving licence
