Asbestos Surveyor – Worcester
Up to £35,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Location: Covering the M5 Corridor (Bristol, Gloucester, Worcester and surrounding areas)
Golden Fox Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected environmental consultancy that has built an excellent reputation for quality, professionalism and technical expertise. Due to continued success and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering a variety of sites along the M5 corridor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established consultancy that values its people, promotes a positive working culture and provides genuine opportunities for career development.
Key duties include:
* Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
* Sampling and recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) accurately and safely
* Producing detailed, compliant survey reports
* Liaising with clients to provide professional advice on asbestos management and control
* Ensuring all work meets company procedures, UKAS standards and current legislation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) – essential
* Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor across multiple property types
* Good working knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
* Full UK driving licence
