This growing and privately owned Asbestos consultancy is seeking a driven individual with a BOHS P402 who can work on a mixed-portfolio of sites in the East Midlands. The daily duties of an asbestos surveyor are undertaking asbestos surveys, highlighting risks, liaising with clients and collecting asbestos samples from site. Experience / Qualifications:

  * Hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 in Surveying

  * Recent experience working for a UKAS accredited asbestos company

  * In depth knowledge of ACMs and relevant H&S legislation

  * Strong technical knowledge of IT software such as Microsoft Office Package

  * Worked on domestic, commercial and industrial properties

  * Hardworking and eager

The Role:

  * Working on Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys

  * Re-inspection surveys

  * Highlighting any potential risks

  * Producing site-specific technical reports and floorplans

  * Safely obtaining asbestos samples from site

  * Liaising with clients and third parties
